Shipping and Returns


We are happy to refund or exchange the product if it has a manufacturing fault. Products that are on sale can just be refunded or exchanged.
Please note, that we accept refunds or exchanges up to a maximum of 14 days from the day of purchase. A returned product has to be in original packaging and it cannot be used, washed, or treated in any way. A returned product has been in completely new condition in order to be accepted by us. Otherwise, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be honored.

Our philosophy is to deliver the highest quality product that you will be able to keep for many years. We research the market carefully and choose only the highest quality products that can be used in extreme conditions.

We check all items carefully before we send them to you. In the instance that the goods are damaged during delivery, please sign the couriers note “DAMAGED” and contact us immediately.

All items are carefully checked before dispatch. If the item/items have been used, you will not be able to return the item/items and a refund will not be given.




It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.



Our average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the order's destination.
