Refund Policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason you can ask for a refund. If the period of 7 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

If you are unable to attend the tour and you want to receive a refund or reschedule your booking, an 8 days notice in writing needs to be e-mailed to Chillax Tours Australia: info@chillaxtours.com

Once we have received the e-mail, we will reply to you within 2 business day. If you comply with the conditions specified above, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
