Our policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason you can ask for a refund. If the period of 7 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
If you are unable to attend the tour and you want to receive a refund or reschedule your booking, an 8 days notice in writing needs to be e-mailed to Chillax Tours Australia: email@example.com
Once we have received the e-mail, we will reply to you within 2 business day. If you comply with the conditions specified above, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
