What is/ isn’t included in the price?
All of our tours include the entry fees to the parks or attractions. Snacks and soft drinks are provided. Meals are not included.
Do I need to take any medical supplies?
It is not necessary to bring any medical supplies other than any personal items you may require. Each tour will carry a first aid box and our guides are all certified in First Aid.
Is it ok to travel alone on one of these tours?
We have many travelers jumping onboard our tours by themselves. Those traveling by themselves are very much welcomed and encouraged. During your outback adventure, you'll meet new and interesting people and forge relationships that will last a lifetime.

Do I need travel insurance?
We endorse the recommendation of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade that all travelers take out travel insurance. It's your personal responsibility to purchase your own travel insurance to cover any liability which may be incurred to us or a Service Provider and other travel misadventures that you wish to be insured against. We recommend that you source travel insurance with a low excess payment, to make claiming on canceled tours worthwhile.
Can I postpone my tour?
You can change the date of your tour if you message us at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 7 days before the day of the tour. All petitions received within 7 days won’t be eligible for changes.
