TERMS & CONDITIONS
CHILLAX TOURS reserves the right to cancel tours at any time or notice due to insufficient passenger numbers.
CHILLAX TOURS shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness or injury
however or whenever caused, occurring of, or to, the passenger at any time while participating in any tour or related activity and passengers will travel
with the understanding that these conditions are accepted prior to departure. Travel insurance is recommended .
The management retains the right to alter fares, itineraries and the day of operation, also to cancel tours for any unforeseen circumstances. In any case of cancellation,
the passenger will receive a full refund of money paid.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once payment is received, tours are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value at all times for notice greater than 48hrs or more prior to departure, or a cancellation fee of 100% on less than 48hrs notice of departure, including if the customer fails to join the vehicle.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring sunscreen, hat, swimming gear, water bottle, good walking shoes/boots, insect repellent, camera, toiletries, and appropriate clothing for warm & cold conditions.
